2016 Philip K. Dick Award Winner and Special Citation Announced

The Winner of the 2016 Philip K Dick Award, and the Special Citation, have been announced on Friday, March 25, 2016 at Norwescon 39 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, SeaTac.

APEX by Ramez Naam (Angry Robot Books)–Winner
ARCHANGEL by Marguerite Reed (Arche Press)—Special Citation
